One was clearly stronger and had better technique.
The other guy needs more gym time and a better coach
The other one seemed stiff or injured, and likely older.

Worked in Yellowstone Park one summer in my college days & we were driving down a 2 lane road close to Old Faithful, 35 MPH. One of these large critters loped past us in the other lane. didn't look like he was straining. And back then the National Park Service didn't see any harm in any "parking" in the dump. Only one time for me as we were in a small Chevy & the dump that nite had 10-12 grizzlies strolling around, grubbing down the garbage. One bumped into our car & we almost tipped over. Girls were screaming, I was close to pissing in my pants. Left soon afterwards, not much said on the way back. The Rangers closed all dumps in the Park for grizzlies at the end of that summer.

I may not be able to take a grizzly, but I sure as hell can take on a polar bear.

Pretty sure this is an old video. If I remember correctly it’s from like May of 2023

I’ve seen better bear fights at Oz

Video resolution gives it away
If this video were taken today, it would have that shitty, ultra-refined, AI looking Instagram filter to it that almost all smartphone cameras have now.

It’s amazing to me just how fast those things can move those huge bodies. Hand speed and head shakes were so fast I could barely even see it.

You know polar bears are significantly bigger and more aggressive towards humans, right?

That is a territorial fight. They don't expect to kill each other and aren't really trying to. Every so often a new bear will challenge the alpha. Whoever wins gets to stay in the territory and the loser moves out.

You think these guys were out there filming this with a cell phone?
