For these reasons i now work out almost exclusively in the weight room at the high school I work at. After athletics leaves it’s all mine. Plus, I get to play my own music, as loud as I want to.

Spend enough time there, and you will see that Montreal is a corrupt, crime ridden mess of crumbling infrastructure with the worst healthcare in all of Canada, which is saying a lot. Check out Quebec City if you get a chance. Very different. Except for the healthcare.

Akshually… the video was claimed to have been taken from the German heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen, which survived the battle and the war.
Easy. Blanco, Texas. Groom’s family got in a fight with a guy who was inappropriate with the grooms niece. Groom ended up with the guys prosthetic arm during the fracas and hit him with it. Groom and several others ended up sitting on a curb in handcuffs while the state troopers figured it out.

Hard to believe someone had to tell them to shut the f up. I find it harder to believe that someone thought they would shut the f up. Or even could.

I know this is a weightlifting thread, but I’ll throw this in here. Don’t forget your core. I would recommend building your core before thinking about moving to heavier weights. Protect that lower back.

Mepps spinners with a bit of bacon. I must have caught a million bream that way as a kid. Second only to crickets, IMO.
