OSU’s defense this year is putting up historic numbers. Miami barely scored 10 against us when ND and SC easily put up 30+ points against our scrubs on defense.

I genuinely do not see Miami scoring more than a touchdown. OSU’s defense is that good. Their offense is so and so but that defense is good enough to win them games when the offense is underperforming. Beck is too inconsistent and has had so many distractions at Miami (girls, city life, etc).
They’ll run him off when he goes the next 3 seasons without winning a title
And yet the numbskull voters in MN will simply deflect it all back on the GOP. fricking retards don’t even know why their state is going down the drain now.

Visitor rates are still declining and have been going down for the past year
Feels like the public opinion has changed significantly on Vegas in regards to desirability to travel there in the last 3-4 years. Ever since sports betting has been legalized all across the country, it seems like Vegas’ has lost its luster as a vacation spot.

When you eliminate gambling, it’s really just a desert town filled with luxury hotels. Sure, you’ve got national parks in Clark County, but those are at least an hour away while SoCal is only 3 and a half hours away and yet has infinitely more things to do.

Bahamas is infinitely more expensive to visit. It’s up there with Hawaii in terms of the costs of transporting goods.

Georgia enrollment is over 60% women

Dude, I’m pretty sure it’s like that at almost every public university now. Women outnumber men at colleges all across the country. That isn’t unique to just Georgia.

Not gonna lie, if I was offered $6 million a year to live in Miami and play college football and be surrounded by Latino models all the time, I probably would have done the same.

Beats living in that wasteland called Athens.

I’m done with the show.

I’m convinced that shows like Stranger Things are a reflection of their own audiences (primarily Gen Z): vapid, shallow, superficial, low attention span, etc.

These people don’t want films and TV shows that are deep, metaphoric, and have superb character development with realistic acting. They want flashy, over-the-top shows and films that involve cringe acting with awful writing. They’re part of the reason why films and TV show today are absolute unwatchable dogshit.

It literally broke the streaming record again for the most watched show EVER

Just because it broke the streaming record for being the “most watched” show doesn’t mean that it’s some leap of cinematic achievement. And I don’t have to fricking pretend like it’s worth seeing, because I know it’s not. It’s a trash arse show that will be forgotten years from now just like every other piece of half-assed cookie cutter garbage that Netflix pumps out every year.

I'm usually all in on Nolan but that trailer doesn't inspire me.

Most film trailers are garbage now. The editing is horrible and the musical score is trash. Just compare movie trailers from today to the movie trailers from 15-20 years ago. It’s a night and day difference in the quality of editing.

Movie trailers today aren’t made for theaters, they’re made for dim witted pea-brained TikTok minions who have the attention spans of gnats.

Never understood the hype behind Stranger Things. Season 1 was the only season that had an original, unique feel to it. All of the following seasons are basically fan-fiction tributes to 80s pop-culture and way of life.
I won’t take Trump seriously until he re-implements the Muslim ban he signed back in 2017. Bombing some far-away nomad land won’t do shite to stop terrorism.

The only logical answer is to ban them from coming in.
Episcopalians are ultra progressive especially since most of them are concentrated in the New England area
And yet Walz has done absolutely frick all to even address any of it. When asked about it, he’ll deflect and act like it never even happened.

Segal and Rogen are killing in on Apple+

I don’t consider Apple+ as part of “Hollywood”. Apple is a big tech company, not a Hollywood company.
It feels so surreal to know that James Franco, Jonah Hill, Jason Segel, and Seth Rogen, and Jay Baruchel have all basically disappeared from Hollywood. It felt like yesterday when these guys were starring in mid to low-budget comedy films that would regularly top the box office charts. My goodness how times have changed since then.

Looks ok, but I want to see even more risk-taking by studios.

Give me a hyper-realistic, mid budget historical film about ancient Greece shot with Mel Gibson-style cinematography and in the ancient Greek languages. Something along the lines of Apocalypto except it takes place in Ancient Greece.
The Avengers is nothing more than a cash cow for Disney now. As long as there are dumbasses willing to pay to go see trash like this, corporations like Disney will continue to thrive.

Anyone who doesn’t realize this is insanely dumb or in outright denial.
