Change DST to Standard Time and introduce something called Winter Time and fall back an hour every December and January.

The "permanent standard" is like the bizarro world superman.
You currently get 15 weeks of standard time.
That shrunk from 12 months to 6 months to 16 weeks to 15 weeks. And it is about to go away in 19 states as soon as the law passes.
You can "prefer" whatever you like.
But it comes off as your life is pretty dire since you are stuck with 15 weeks right now. What state are you in?
