Bottom line is Pete Nakos doesn’t know shite about what any team spends. It’s a guess based on what they value players and the value is a guess. All these deals are not public.

If there is a wall where you know you need to mount a tv or any large items( pictures, animals, shelving or cabinets go ahead. For things like toilet paper holder or smaller things you don’t need solid walls or blocking because you’ll probably never get blocking in the right spot anyway. But do know this, you can throw away those wall dogs for anything that you will use or will move like tp holders. They will come out. Use something that tightens on the back of the drywall. Like a toggle, but I know there are some newer type toggles that can be used.

I had a coil siding gun. That’s what you need to nail fence. It has a thinner shank and was like a smaller roofing nail. I let so many people borrow it I have no clue where it is anymore.

Should be good. I had .95” in Thibodaux. We needed it pretty bad. This is the best my yard has ever looked while dormant. In the past I have had spots that I couldn’t figure out. I put down everything this year for fungus and bugs and I fertilized through October. March 15th I’m putting 30-0-0 to get this zoysia going early this year.

I just put mine down before the rain. It was perfect timing. I’m trying a Specticle granular. I have to beat this doveweed this year. I’ll report results this summer.
I also wanted to try Specticle because it says it controls sunflower and sand burr. The sunflowers in grand isle are a beast. They grow 10’ on the levee and I can’t see the beach. They grow so fast that if you miss a cut you can’t get a mower through them.

I swear I try something new every time I buy. Last I bought was Bamboo from Amazon. 6 pack for $47. Very lightweight and comfortable. Not as snug as the Under Armor but I save those for exercise time.

We went to Calgary years back and they had a bobsled on wheels at the old Olympic track. It was fun but my neck hurt for a couple days after.

Kids had the flu and I had xofluza almost ready to go knowing it was coming because I was home with them while they were sick. I’m not sure it did much for me. I was pretty miserable for a few days. But who knows maybe it took me from 7 days to 3 days.
