Considering the balance between the two, I'd choose the 2000's decade.

Would not want to relive 9-11 and KatrinaRita, I’ll take 1990-1999.

Pick any decade from 1980 - 2010, move to Vegas, make boatlaods of money betting on sports events that you remember. Hookers and blow for ten years.

1900-1910

You could jump on a ship and go anywhere in the world, no passports, no visas.

Haven't had that kind of freedom since.

1952 - 1962

Prime Cold War boogaloo with Sputnik and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Awesome b-movies about giant ants and spiders attacking Los Angeles. Prime baseball years. In other words, the glory years before JFK was assassinated. Seems to have gone down hill since then.

I think I’d adjust REALLY quickly and it’s probably better for you mentally long term

Give me back the 90s

The 80s for me. I was at LSU, going to classes, growing up, studying and having fun. Much simpler times. Didn't have all these woke women like now. Good times.

Like an another poster stated I would like to re-live 75 -85. What a great time! Music, Movies, and clothing styles were great.

It was a hard choice between the 70's and 80's, but I choose the 80's.

80s, easy.

Was 11 on 1/1/80 and 21 on 12/31/89 (drinking age in LA was still 18).

Middle school
High school
Almost all of college

Enough entertainment and technology for a relatively "easy" life, without the intrusive/ubiquitous tech of today.

People got along for the most part. Politics was not the fricking bloodshot that it is today. You knew there was a bias in the media, but you could still generally trust it.

NOT EVERYONE'S OPINION WAS HEARD...NOR DID EVERYONE EXPECT THAT IT SHOULD BE HEARD.

ETA: I am assuming this is a parallel universe where my kids still exist in the other one (and that version of me stays there while I go and re-live the 80s). If not (if my previous existence is erased) then thanks, but no.

2013 to 2023. These are good times, and you’d know that if you stopped watching all that trash and went out and enjoyed your fellow humans.

Have to go 90s as well.

Young enough to enjoy the great cartoons/shows from the 80s that were shown right along side Nickelodeon classics.

Classic video game era, Disney at its peak without all the woke remake BS, porno mags still were a right of passage, and towards the end of the decade, in High School partying like I was in college without fear of some BS I said being used against me as a working adult. (Though I wish I still had the Polaroids of some of the girls I dated, or maybe not since it would be illegal, but you get the gist)

Assuming you mean current age (not a kid again) -- i'd probably do the 90s.

87 to 97 was prime time
Are we reliving this time or going back and living in this time forever.
I can’t relive the bad times.
