I remember the gas crisis in the 70's when you could only buy gas every other day. The used car lots were full of those 396 Chevelles at the time. People could not afford the gas to keep them on the road.
I had that happen to me a few years ago. The owner usually gets screwed on an older car that is totaled. The person's insurance company that hit me only paid for the current value of the car, so I had to go out and get another car.

That's what the personal interview is for. Face to face interaction is necessary to help weed out the pretenders. Everyone looks good on paper that they have composed or AI has for them.
