Was at federal court for something else and the marshal led them down the hall into the courtroom. They were a very friendly bunch, all smiles.

In related news, I understand that yesterday the government laid out all the cell phone pings for Alfortish, Harris and Chunky on the day of the murder, showing their movements and where they met up. shite gettin real, yo.

Not that I really know exactly what you’re talking about here but aren’t federally prosecuted cases by far more successful over local DA or even state AG cases?

Very few federal criminal prosecutions result in acquittals.

Does anybody here know wtf the OP is talking about? It's like I walked in a room in the middle of a conversation.

Yes, the OP is an idiot. With that being said, he is talking about a case in New Orleans where personal injury lawyers were paying people to crash with 18 wheelers. One of the suspects turned on the others and was working with the feds and ended up getting killed by the others.

The disbarred attorney Sean Alfortish, the mastermind behind the scheme.

The deceased, who was shot to death as a result of testifying as to his involvement and inside knowledge of the car wreck scheme.

It seems like an attorney would be smart enough to turn off his phone.

Everyone from New Orleans knows unless you’re living under a rock. A very interesting case involving the staging of truck wrecks by crooked lawyers and hood rats and the murder of a federal witness.

I’m neither an idiot nor am I making anything up. These cases have been discussed on this board MANY times. Am I an idiot for not giving some out of state numbnuts the full backstory?

The jury was mostly white, with males who looked employed.

How would they look “employed”? Just wondering

Mostly middle aged, dressed appropriately. Nobody looked homeless. No obvious tats and metal.

Slippy believes the whole world is paying attention to the same things he is. Fortunately, he left enough crumbs for me to find this
