Notre Dame 1997.

Cold, gray, miserable, and we played like crap.

Yep, and we got tickets from my wife's boss, a Notre Dame alumnus. So we were sitting in the middle of the visitors' section. The people were pretty nice, but if I never hear that darn "here come the Irish" BS again, it'll be too soon.

The 2007 Arkansas game was even worse for me. Probably the coldest game I have ever been to, and I left thinking we had blown our shot at a national championship.

But the first game to come to my mind was the 2017 homecoming game vs Troy. That was an awful game.

I was offshore for the A&M game last year, so I missed that fiasco, at least.
!980 LSU-FSU: LSU lost 16-0. 13 points for FSU off turnovers.

He was always undersized and a tweener with no true position. He never got past that so it wasn't hard to scheme around his athleticism.

Initially, teams were not prepared for his athleticism. And he relied on that too much, so what you saw later (and for some reason our fans mostly ignored this) was him being shepherded upfield past the QB and losing containment. Which killed up vs running QBs and on delayed runs. Then he got hurt. He did look much better the second half of 2025, though.

Bird? The guy who felt insulted if they had a white guy guarding him?

lets meet up domino and we'll see

You want to meet up with a fat old man. What kind of weird chick are you?
This thread sent me down a bit of a rabbit hole. Here is what I found.

quote:

Less than 1% of wild bats carry rabies, but bats account for roughly 70% of human rabies deaths in the United States. Transmission occurs via infected saliva—typically through a bite—but due to a bat's microscopic teeth, many victims are unaware they were ever exposed.

Infection Rate: Estimated to be less than 1% of the general wild bat population, though roughly 3% to 5% of bats tested for showing erratic behavior or being found in human spaces test positive.

Transmission Mode: Transmitted through saliva or brain tissue, generally via a bite, but occasionally by direct contact with mucous membranes or open wounds.

Human Risk: Though rare, bat-borne rabies causes about 1 to 2 human deaths per year in the U.S.. Most cases occur because a bite goes unnoticed or is ignored, delaying life-saving treatment.Treatment: The virus is 100% preventable if post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is administered before symptoms develop, but it is virtually 100% fatal once symptoms appear.

Global vs. Local: While rabid dogs account for 99% of the 30,000+ worldwide rabies deaths annually, strict pet vaccination laws in the U.S. mean bat contact is the primary domestic threat.

I got banned for nine months for posting a cartoon bear

I missed it. What was the bear saying or doing that got you banned? Can you post it again for us to decide if it was a good call or if you were being held down by the man- well, bird, I guess.

Even Joe B. had inconsistency his first season.

And LSU finished ranked 8th in the country with a relatively hands-off (offensively) head coach and a relatively conservative playcaller as an OC without a Joe Brady to push the passing game along.

Not to mention that Joey B had thrown a total of 29 passes before getting to LSU; Leavitt has thrown 612. :dunno:

Like Georgia did in 2018?

We will be there early August. Get you rail tour booked early.

I'm all set on excursions. We went last year very early, I think the first week of May. My wife wanted to go back later to see if we could get a glimpse of more wildlife. Looking forward to it again. I like Alaska; I did some work in Kenai back in the 90s and really enjoyed it.

Or played 1st over Yorke.

Yorke had a better OPS, more Home runs, more runs scored, and more RBIs in fewer at-bats than Larson.

The teams in bold all play LSU next season. I'm trying to figure out the scenario where we are 22nd, and 6 teams we played are ranked ahead of us.

The teams in italics will seem unlikly to all be ahead of LSU.

I think Phil needs to retire.

He's engagement farming at this point. So yeah.

When I saw the original post, I googled him and it said he committed to the good guys. I have never posted anything but my comments. Lol

I did see that post from And The Valley Shook when I googled after you said it. When I clicked on the link, it was not there. Looks like they took it down.

It's a "who are LSU fans most scared of" list

Nah, Ole Miss and ULL would not be on that list if that were the case

LSU is 7-3 vs Ole Miss in the last 10 years. The head coach for those 3 wins by Ole Miss was Lane Kiffin :dunno:

Then why am I seeing on X that he committed to LSU over Ole Piss?

I only posted what the OP was talking about. Can you post where you saw that? I hope you are right.
