It was spot on.. except for the Frankie and Johnny commercial. They couldn't find an old black dude to be Johnny?

Had a 2019 Expedition and had the cam phaser issues as well. The recall thankfully covered it.

Go get a job with an NFL team as a scout or in the front office, since it's so easy

Nobody said it was easy but how can you dismiss that the guy has a HUGE injury issue and has not played a single complete season since high school? Did they expect that just because he is changing from college to the NFL that anything would be different? You don't have to be a pro scout to see the damn elephant in the room on this dude. And with that huge of an issue, was it worth taking the gamble on him with the 1st round pick? Time will only tell but seeing as how it only took a handful of practices and zero games for this to already happen, its crazy not to be questioning what the Saints were thinking. Especially with our history of making bone-head draft decisions.

The neighborhoods around it had been going downhill, and when Katrina hit they all liberated merchandise from the mall.

The End

No.. The neighborhoods around it with the exception of Lincoln Manor are just fine. The problem after Katrina is that there was a huge influx of "people" from the New Orleans area. The mall chose to cater to them by opening stores that the locals would not shop at causing the locals to move on to Lakeside instead. The people they catered to obviously just went to the mall to hang out and steal, not spend money. Therefore, Lakeside has thrived and the Esplanade inevitably shut down.
Sadly, in Baton Rouge the mall of Louisiana appears to be suffering the same type of fate with people just there to hang out and cause problems.

No, 70% of us could easily see what the pros obviously did not or chose to ignore, and that is the disturbing part.

Hey, just because he has never played a full college season doesn't mean his NFL career will be the same. Right??..lol

You can say that but we used the 1st pick on a guy who has never completed an entire college season because he has been injured every year. There comes a point when you have to use common sense when making these picks and realize that even though he is extremely talented, the injury history is a major red flag and should be highly considered.
Its just a damn shame that you have 70% of message board users seeing these red flags that the people who get paid grotesque amounts of money seem to ignore until it comes back to bite them in the arse.

How many games does he actually play for the Saints

Well, at least we know by week 6 the answer to this question will be zero.
Picking a guy with the 1st pick who did not complete a whole season in any of his college years was a joke.

You are way behind on this topic. The great zombie manifesto has already been done. It was one of the most epic threads on this board.

I have ridge vents. Looked into getting a whirl bird as well but was looking at all the options to see which would be best.

Copper pipe absorbs & transfers heat faster than PEX - not sure why you think that is making a difference.

I have no idea about any of it. I just know my old house had copper and didn't have these issues and this new house has PEX, and it comes out hot. I was just assuming it was because of the PEX from things I've read online, but generally I'm talking out of my arse when it comes to this since I have zero experience with plumbing.

Radiant barrier in attic

Posted by Tygerfan on 7/29/26 at 10:41 am
Has anyone here had the foil radiant barrier installed in their attic and did it help?
Right now my attic is extremely hot and the AC is struggling throughout the day. Furthermore, my dumb arse contractor used PEX piping instead of copper when my house was built and I didn't know any better at the time to stop it. Now during the summer, devils piss comes out of the "cold" water spout of my faucets because the attic is heating up the pipes.

If That is the case, how are they able to charge him for a "crime" that he supposedly committed outside of US jurisdiction? So if I am standing in Toronto and a US federal agent asks me a question, can I be charged in the US for lying to him? I figure jurisdiction plays a huge factor in this.

This is the question: If I 'quit' my job, will I still be able to use COBRA to get this hip replacement done?

If you're okay with leaving the job regardless, tell your boss to screw himself, get the surgery under BCBS and if he fires you for it, oh well. You were prepared to quit anyways, but at least this way the surgery would be covered.

Sorry if this is not in the "garden" range for this thread but does anyone know if there is a good time to plant a maple tree in the Hammond area during the fall or would it be best to wait until the spring?

The golf carts are sadly suffering because of the asshats from other neighborhoods on ATVs that some reason think its okay to drive like idiots on the back streets. But, I will take that small BS any day over actual crime.

Thats where I live. Moved here a few years ago from the Metairie area, and love every bit of it. 10 minutes from literally everything I need, and no traffic like they have in the Mandeville/Covington area.
