Am I an idiot for not giving some out of state numbnuts the full backstory?

No, you're an idiot for assuming everyone on here knows what you're talking about. You need to realize that not everyone on here lives in New Orleans or the immediate surrounding area. A little context can go a long way.

It made national news, but yea OP’s title sucked. Read this if you want to know more. I know, I know, the New Yorker is liberal, whatever. I learned a lot of details from it that were somehow not picked up in local coverage. It’s a damn good read for someone looking for the big picture.

What’s really astounding is that this whole story is just an inflated version of how the system “legally” functions. The big difference is the accidents were staged. The doctors who knowingly perform fusion surgeries upon referral from PI pipelines knowing full well there are no real injuries need to be held accountable. The main culprit died recently but he should have been indicted along with the rest of them.

How would they look “employed”? Just wondering

Employed people tend to wear real clothes, as opposed to pajamas, shower caps, and yoga pants. The employed also tend to engage in personal hygiene.

Weird how cervical fusion recommendations tend to pop up when the policy exceeds 7 figures

Lifetime ESIs/RFAs and spinal cord simulators are the new sexy. Can easily gin up a 7 figure lifecare plan with those.

I think you’re supposed to shoot them before they testify

Why would you assume he assumes that?
