Sure, but 40 in a 25? Even with the school zone this doesn’t sound right. I’m not in Louisiana, but I’ve never heard of requiring a court appearance for something like this.
If in fact school was out for the year when this happened it might be worth seeing if something can be made of that.

People have no idea how many problems would be solved simply by ridding ourselves of the 20 million + illegal aliens who are squatting in our country. We would all be astonished at how much our lives would improve.
