Are you implying that they can control the weather?
I mean…… the govt used cloud seeding in nam to wash out Charlie from his holes?
Big difference between manipulating the weather than actually controlling it.

Enjoy your retard status for the rest of this thread.
The waterline on the 603/I-10 overpass after Katrina says hold my beer.
This is the marker. It's about 5 miles from the beach but less than a mile from the Jourdan River/the Bay St Louis.

I thought the worst hurricanes start off the coast of Africa, coming via the Caribbean islands? Its very odd a lot of these this year are coming from the same area. Just an observation. Ivan?
Ivan was an Atlantic long track storm. Opal started in the Bay of Campeche.

Its so hard understanding the weather, and understanding why this weather control stuff is so fricking stupid. And then I have to act like I respect y'all when you ask a weather question in these threads.
I’d appreciate any input or thoughts you have on how this will affect inland areas in North Central Florida, specifically northern Alachua county.

Cloud seeding =/= Controlling the weather.

It kinda is. Not in this context. But technically it is.

I mean, it’s arguing semantics. Being able to make it rain sure is “control” at some level.
Don’t think the government is cloud seeding or trying to control the weather to make it worse here….
But they certainly have the ability

Looks like you can see the wind field expand those last 2-3 frames too?

Path dependent. Landfall around Cedar Key and you're gonna have a very windy Wed night with a whole lot of rain.
As it stands now, not to bad. Check your local NWS or local stations for forecasts from people more familiar with your geography.

I've always wondered how far the water came up. What about the Gulfport exit with the outlet? How close to Pass Rd-good marker--? did the water get?

I think we all know the difference between shaking some moisture out the sky and steering a hurricane.
