About 50 lbs. I float around between 187-195 now. But I've been out of highschool for 17 years now and back then I used to eat PB&J's and bowls of ice cream at bed time to try and put on weight and never broke 145 (at 5' 11") in school. When I started really working out for varsity football, I gained like 20 lbs in about a year, but just could not put on more weight after that.

At this point, only about 15 more lbs.

But, a lot more fat and a lot less muscle.

I don't remember how much I weighed in high school, but I'd say EASILY 20-30 pounds.

I was about 167 when basketball season ended during my Sr year and 173 a few months later when I graduated.

I've always been somewhere between 170-183 for the past 25 years. Currently near 173 so no change. This sometimes blows my mind because I lift weights a lot and can see a huge difference in chest/shoulders/back and also feel like I have a little more of gut.
