2004 I was 5'10" and was 155 lbs
2012 I was 5'10" and was 200 lbs mmmmm beer
2020 I am 5'10" ish(I am shrinking?!) and am 170 lbs

So at worse I was up 45 lbs. Currently up 15 lbs. Still in the same pants size which was the goal. I have a 3 and a 5 year old so I run early in hopes to make it to 40 without the gut my dad developed. Then I hope to lift more weights and tone. Lets hope it works out.

I'm the exact same weight that I was when I was a freshman in high school. I don't diet or exercise much. Just have a high metabolism and I don't eat a lot.

Same size

16 years since graduation. 6’0” and 175lbs.

That doesn’t mean I’ve been 175lbs since graduation. Largest I ever got was 225lbs.

I was extremely underweight in HS. Gained 15 lbs of good weight from HS to Army. I'm 5 to 20 lbs heavier than my Army weight contingent on if I'm in shape or not. Currently about 40 lbs heavier than HS.

Graduated high school at 5’11” 205ish in 2008

Played baseball in 1st two years of college at 210ish

Next 10 years I quit working out and hovered between 200-210 and muscle disappeared and belly arrived

Last 6 months started working out again. Down to 190 currently and new goal is 185.

Reminded me that working out / being in decent shape feels so much better

Graduated 2001 @ 6'1" 179 lbs. soaking wet with my keys in my pocket.

Currently @ 6'1.5" 254.

So, 74 lbs. more. But it's all in my gut. So, it's cool.
