155lbs in 1987 and 168lbs this morning 33 years later.

I weighed 260 at graduation. Then played TE/OT in college and gained to about 275-280. Stayed there for few years and in past year metabolism slowed and I got up to 315. Now I’m back down to 295 because I’m eating better

ETA: I’m down 9 from what I weighed at the end of my freshman year of college.

Honest question, if you lost weight from where you were in HS, how overweight were you in HS?
