I'll do a full 55 to a front pin, 3/4 50 into a mild breeze, and I have this shot where I take my hands to about waist high with a pitching wedge with to get a low one if the wind is really howling.

If that is what they are saying they did ultrasounds of the veins looking for a dvt. They'll need to do a arterial US to looks for stenoses. Better test though depending on his kidney function is a CTA of his lower extremities which will show any blockages that a vascular surgeon or interventional radiologist might stent. Generally the interventional cardiologist don't venture into the legs. Know however he might as such severe arterial disease there is no single lesion to fix. Then you're talking about a potential surgery which he may not be a candidate for considering his heart condition.

There's YouTube videos of Bryson beating folks with children's clubs because he is an expert at being able to time whatever clubs are in his hands.
That being said the shafts on your clubs are a timing device. If you are not an expert then you would probably benefit to see if what you are playing is remotely close. The caveat being you have a somewhat repeatable ball flight.
At your level I would spend the money on lessons before I spent a ton on new clubs.

Additionally, if you want stats to improve upon you should be tracking the distance of the first and second putts that led to the 3 putt. That will give you some data to practice such as you're leaving 20-30 ft putts 5-8 feet short routinely.

No standing on the weekend. Also I play in a game with 40+ folks and occasionally we have an odd number at the end of the tee sheet so we'll go out with 5 instead of a 2 some and three some as we've found the 5 some is faster especially with competent golfers.
