I was skinny as shite in high school. Weighed like 120 when I graduated. Maybe 130, don't remember anymore. My preferred weight is about 180. I was probably petty close to that before I got the convid-20. So I'm probably like 70 or 80 lbs heavier, but only a 20 or so more than I want to be.
I graduated 24 years ago.

I was a size 0 in high school, now I’m a size 4.

I left high school 35 years ago at 6' 178, the highest weight was 181 and I just weighed and I am 174.6, I think my low was 169 when I had a stomach bug for 3 days about 7 years ago. But 99% of that time I have been within a meal and poop of 175 when I wasn't dehydrated. Good genes, not very clean living but just over 300,000 miles on a bike in that time has worked out for me thus far.

Went from 240 to 175. Now in my senior year of college. Adderall, Weed, and many many sleepless nights will do it to ya

Same here. I'm 50-55 lbs bigger than when I was in high school, a lot muscle mass that wasn't there before. Ideally 160-165 if I shed some of the beer/late night snackies fat.
My physical peak of patrolling everyday in Afghanistan and still hitting the gym daily I weighed 149-155, but I looked like a Grecian God. I told my wife that my arms would stay, but the chiseled 6 pack was temporary.... sadly I held true to my word

I was skinny as hell in high school. I was about 6'2" and 170lbs. I'm 43 and now look like a normal human being at 6'4" and 201 lbs.

150 now (5' 8"). I was probably between 165-175 in high school. I was up to 260 at one point in between then and now though.

All it takes to be a slob is to gain 1 lb a year. I mean how many pounds over should you be at age 50?
Maybe you’re big boned so you could be spotted 5 or so but how many pounds should it take before the red lights go off and you hear “Danger Will Robinson! Danger Will Robinson!”
When covid started, was +3 lbs over graduation day.
Now that’s +13 after eating every meal like it was my last.
Time to focus. Should have that back off in 8-10 weeks.

60 lbs. I weighed 110 when I graduated. Got up to 195 with visible abs at one point in my 20s when I was playing around with Mexican supplements.
