Exact same weight at age 50...5'11 175#'s when I joined the Marine Corps the summer after I graduated in '88....32 years later I weigh the exact same. The most I've ever weighed was 193 about 10 years ago. Hit the gym M-F, don't drink my calories and try not to eat after 6:30.

I'm about +25 and little to none of it is muscle. Dad bod extraordinaire. I'd like to drop another 10-15+ but idgaf about being ripped anymore. I just don't want to have to buy new pants

I currently weigh about 10 lbs more, but I've gone through a couple of different weight profiles since HS.

Graduated at 185 and I believe I am currently 185. I've fluctuated between 170s-200 over the years.

50. I was a string bean in high school. 6'3 175. Now I'm 6'4 225. I can live with that.

+30. I graduated about 140. I still would probably like to gain another 10 or so of muscle. But then I would have to work out.

I’m going to try to get down to 185. Wish me luck.

You can do it. What worked for me was focusing on diet first and foremost and light exercise at first. Just watching what you eat and moving around will get you on your way. Cut the carbs and sugar. Focus on long term changes.

I weigh less now and I’ve never been clinically “overweight” in my life.

There's a lot of people here who have an incredible recollection of a relatively arbitrary thing.

If I had to guess, I'd say maybe 35 lbs more now. Of course, I could be 5 lbs off one way or the other on my weight at this moment.

I weighed about 165 when I graduated in 2007 and now I’m 235. In my defense, I DID move to Louisiana after high school
