0 pounds. Was 205 the day I graduated, I’m 205 today a little over 10 years later

Think was 145 grad..and 157 now.

6'3 175 lbs. at graduation, 2000
6'3 181 lbs. in 2020.

+ 6 lbs. And probably necessary. I'm a rail at 175. It takes a lot more work now just to maintain compared to high school, sadly.
