I would get the contractor back out to inspect. If he uses the supplier a lot, you may have some recourse. I know over time, a healthy Zoysia lawn will keep most weeds out, but to hell with letting them get a foothold early.
Where did you get the sod from? I put down 29 pallets last year and haven’t had a single weed yet.
We've probably discussed during one of the many rounds of golf we have played. Dude pounds the ball
Second this recommendation. Ryan has been at it a long time. Did my roof, my father’s roof and many others I’ve referred to him
No muffler eh?

Or high horsepower well tuned engine?
Interestingly, if you could somehow leap that high, you'd drift only a few inches despite being airborne for over 10 seconds because both you and the ground are already moving east together at nearly the same speed.

So I can run faster heading East and slower running West. Same as being able to long jump further running west as the ground is moving East at 1000 mph.
And yet the stars and constellations have never changed their position in our sky.
So they've filled the pot holes?
one thing is certain: we will riot and burn cities all over this racist country.....wait, scratch that.

Nothing will happen..

No Lombardi trophy icon?
You're right, It should be "MiuraMan" :dude:
Tells you all you need to know about these "artists". This administration is 100% Pro America. Hell, yeah it's partisan and political.

If being associated with that idea causes you concern, stay away. Let the freedom loving, America first crowd enjoy the celebration.

Arguably the greatest nation ever to serve God and improve the lives of Billions.

God Bless America!

Nazis on American soil.

Franklin, Tn - I moved there 1 month before Katrina hit. I had 14 people, 4 dogs and 2 cats evacuate to stay with us.

Fast forward 3 years and I am told the HOA has a lien against my house that has to be resolved before my act of sale can be completed.

Couldn't get it resolved over the phone (they refused to give any info on the lien) so I had to go to their office in Nashville.

I was notified that I had HOA violations totaling over $500 dollars.

I was informed that during the months of August thru November of 2005, I had vehicles parked in the street(Mind you the streets In Fieldstone Farms are very wide) and that was an HOA violation. I was never contacted about these violations. The neighbor on the corner 2 doors down was the HOA president and he never once talked to me about this.

I explained the Katrina situation to no avail and had to write a check on the spot to have the lien lifted.

I currently live where the HOA dues are voluntary.........Haven't paid a cent to them in 11 years.

Covington Country Club (Should revoke that Moniker) says hold my beer.
No driving range or practice facility, no staff, no pro shop, and a few holes are simply unplayable (hole 6 hasn't really had a serviceable green for over 8 years).

Public golfers are the worst as there aren't many public courses in the area.

Been a member from way back when it was totally private. It was a beautiful place. But now, it is barely playable and if the greens don't recover come growing season, it may as well shut down.
What was the line in Vegas on that? Even money?

Good call??
Doing coke and singing protest songs....
