They just started calling graffiti ‘art’ and actively encourage it to brighten up certain areas. Boom! Problem solved.

A couple of snipers, posted up at different spots nightly, would end this problem. Once about a dozen criminals were stopped, word would get around. The desire to continue breathing would override the desire to destroy other people's property.

I once saw an obviously white and overweight lesbian couple with masks on spray painting a wall Uptown. It was a little after midnight and I’ll admit that I was a little drunk walking home.
I told them they looked retarded and the way they screamed at me with their impotent lesbian rage was hilarious. Point is, all graffiti is made by fat loser lesbians in my book, at least spiritually.
