I despise everything about UHigh, but to act like it’s not magnet is dishonest. UHigh’s worst students would be in top at any of Baton Rouge’s gazillion “magnet” schools. As of 2022-3 UHigh was elite academically.

Their problem is obsession with football at all costs, lack of standards, and the school growing too big.

UHigh is more interested in scholarship athletes than the kids who made the school great. Multiple awesome families with 2-4 kids at the school have left for Dunham, Parkview, Catholic…

All so buy championships that no one respects. No one gives a shite about your transfers who are just there for sports.

UHigh lost itself. Whoever this guy is firing people is just trying to salvage what is left. UHigh is also a nuisance to the LSU campus. School should be half its current size.

We - the group of parents who hang together every weekend watching our kids play.

Us - the people on group emails and group chats because the kids don’t drive themselves and we are the ones preparing and organizing everything

Our - the kids who you know so well they feel like family. Every kid knows who every adult corresponds with. Our family, our group of people doing the same thing with the same people the entire season.

Even NFL - “we” the team you’ve been rooting for your whole life, the groups of fellow fans, the message board chatter, the fellows in the stands with you.

You are wrong on this and need to get over it. Don’t give yourself needless negativity.

Please don’t go winless. We don’t do that in SEC. Missouri is so bad it’s unfair to the teams who didn’t get to them on the schedule.

Yall need to get out there and cheer for the team to at least win one game.

I wish they would make a rule that if you drop back for pass play, QB cannot take-off running.

Passing is the best part of football. Lately it’s often just a 1-man sport -QB only throws if DB turns to make a tackle leaving WR wide open. I want to see precise routes, WRs beating coverage, Mossing, over shoulder touch passes, amazing catches.

I hate the scramble until someone is open, it’s like backyard grade school ball.
