Grilled rack of lamb, roasted asparagus, Opelousas baked chicken, creamed corn.
I’m a traditionalist from Central Mississippi when it comes to BBQ’d chicken. White sauce isn’t my thing, so I’ll leave that to those who enjoy it.

Jambalaya.
Chinese maybe the only thing open Sunday night. The Chinese buffet south of I 20 is good. I’d do Monday lunch at Walnut Hills . Get the fried chicken.
Al Prato in Varenna was fantastic for us. Great atmosphere, views and food.
I’ve got that style for my 90 quart. Dates back to ‘85.

Soak onion rings in ice water. Dredge in seasoned flour.fry at 350 until golden and floating.
