Lions share of people living in NoLa who are worth over $5mill live there for work or other practical reasons. True of most places obviously but especially true of NO

Drew just worked here. He may keep his business investments, but also may sell them off. Why stay somewhere you have no real attachment to?

He basically had a press release when he bought it explaining how great four seasons is and he couldn’t wait to move into their beautiful new building
