Which place is better to raise children and do business? I’d go with San Diego easily. That’s saying a lot considering how hard the California government tries to run off quality businesses.

I’m fairly certain Drew’s kids have spent far more nights in San Diego than the Big Easy. That video of the kids talking about his retirement wasn’t even filmed here. Half of his instagram vids are from his basketball court with the big Purdue logo on it, with an obvious Southern California backdrop.
Do I think he’ll keep a place here? I’d assume so. The family will have a very careful and limited presence here. But those kids are clearly west coast born, bred, and raised and I’d assume they’d plan to keep it that way. What kind of idiotic millionaire would raise their kids in NO?

Not literally running a business. But he still will be dealing with a lot of business related things. Tv, marketing, branding etc.
