You’d be stupid to pick NOLA over San Diego. Unless you have family there, which he doesn’t.

Anyone else hearing this ridiculous rumor about Drew moving to Youngsville?

I thought it was pretty much confirmed he was building a house there a while back. Haven't heard anything lately though.

There is zero reason whatsoever for a multi millionaire to stay in New Orleans unless it was to not uproot the kids. No sane person should voluntarily deal with that shitty city's bullshite.

San Diego is much nicer and safer to raise a family. The only people that stay in NOLA are the ones originally from there and have family there.

Why is he still there. I would have made my announcement from anywhere else and never gone back

He's always preferred San Diego. Not sure how anyone can blame him.

He may stay in Louisiana though, but probably not NOLA proper because A) he has political aspirations and B) he has business interests that are tied to the area.

Haha Drew isn't staying especially after getting strong armed into wearing a Breanna Taylor napetape and getting labeled a racist.

Probably San Diego or back to The Republic of Texas.

Except Archie has been living in New Orleans for over 50 years and he and his wife are both born and raised in Mississippi.

New Orleans is a place you visit for a long weekend

He has the money to enjoy the best of both worlds. Primary residence in San Diego where he can enjoy ocean views and perfect weather.

When he gets tired of living like a king, then he can head to Nola and be treated like a king for a few days.

Plus, any money he makes in Louisiana from endorsements, appearances, and other business dealings while he’s here would be exempt from California taxes.

It’s pretty well known that his wife hates living here.
