Saw that earlier this morning. Absolutely terrible. Stupidity isn’t prejudiced.

Neighbor needs their arse kicked.

Cops need more mandatory training
A lot more training
Holding people accountable to weed out the bad ones and punish crimes committed by the police is a great start, but many of these people are just not prepared to do the job the public is asking them to do

Neighbor needs a law suit.
Posted on 8/8/20 at 12:19 pm to supatigah
There is a legitimate need for police reform. Too bad retards make that idea taboo and nothing gets done.

He should’ve obeyed the law
Probably smoking drugs too

The deadly episode, which happened on May 21, is part of a string of Phoenix police shootings this year that has, yet again, reinvigorated criticism from advocates who say officers are too quick to use deadly force to resolve incidents.
quote:
Phoenix police had portrayed Whitaker's shooting as an emergency domestic violence call. A 30-minute police body camera video released this week indicates the incident started over a noise complaint from a neighbor upstairs who called police twice.
quote:
"The Phoenix Police Department knew from the night of the shooting that this was a false and exaggerated 911 call," Matthew Cunnigham said.
The caller complained about people screaming at each other and said he couldn't go to sleep because of the noise. In a second call to 911, he alleges that the screaming had escalated into a physical fight.
If there is no evidence of domestic violence should the caller be held responsible?
ETA
Not meaning let cop off the hook by any means, just that neighbor should be held responsible too

Cop that fired the shots was just a pussy. You can't train that out of someone. It was obvious he was going down to his knees.

Yep.
What we're seeing is the result of a bottom-tier desired job requiring top-tier life and death responsibilities.
It's kinda crazy we don't have more problems.

At least people in poor neighbors know better than to call the police.
I had a friend who during a severe storm, helped some officers rescue a vehicle and woman from a bayou. Afterwards, they arrested him for having a traffic warrant

The neighbor needs charges brought against him.
I've heard many officers say that calls involving apartment complexes are the worst they get, particularly domestic disturbances. Everything is just more complicated and harder to deal with, from pissed off neighbors, to cramped quarters, to every door/floor looking the same.
That said, this is a case of shite policing, and a cop with poor training or a level of fear that is not conducive to working these type calls.

Officer deserves about 10 full years in jail for that one.

The guy pulled a gun. How was this the cop's fault?

PS: Pick friends who handle up on their shite.

Would you not have gun if you got a knock after 10 PM?
