We don't need to defund the police we need to upfund them.
There is not enough money in the world to train cops to deal with shitty citizens in this country.
They need to quit going to domestics and let the herd get thinned be dumb women that stay with violent men or vice versa.
Of course the GF said there was no violence. They always do and even when the guy beats the chit out of them, they bail him out and take him back in more cases than not.

Would you not have gun if you got a knock after 10 PM?
Not if they knocked and announced "Phoenix PD!" I would have looked out my peephole first regardless.

Cop shot the guy 3 times pretty much in the back. And they never gave aid to the guy. They may have not been able to save his life, however, he was alive for, it seemed, a few minutes. They also did not call for medical.
Is there something in the water in Phoenix/Mesa? Mesa was where Dan Shaver was killed by a cop in a motel there in 2016.
This was a fail for the PD there. They should have at the very least stood at the door to hear yelling, first. Pretty sad that they made the gf sit there watching and listening to her bf die.
These things infuriate me. I'm normally a supporter of them but the roid'ed up jack booted thugs some of them are make it damned hard to support them.
I would have my 12 gauge in my hand if my door was hammered on way after dark. It is common sense nowadays.

Probably. It's the most disgusting tap water I've ever had the misfortune to ingest.

Stupid to come out and confront police with a handgun behind your back.
Darwinism strikes again.
Darwinism strikes again.

There is so much bullshite in this statement it isn’t even funny. First off, it’s not a crime to be holding a gun in your house. It does not matter who answers the door.
Second, the guy had kids you dumb shite, so your Darwin crack just confirms you have no clue on what you speak of.

They were not within range of the peephole. They were standing to ether side and then blinded him with those lights

Luckily, I have no interest in traveling there. Thanks!

The automatic immunity for cops as long as they say “ I feared for my life” is bullshite.
The truth is a citizen has much more to fear from an interaction than the cop does, it wont be long before smoking a cop and claiming you feared for your life works as a defense.

I think the “Phoenix Police” announcement was plenty loud.
At night when someone is potentially sleeping in another room and only once?

There is a legitimate need for police reform. Too bad retards make that idea taboo and nothing gets done.
No, its because no one is listening to anyone in the middle. The only voices we are "allowed" to hear are the retarded extremes on both sides. Common sense is what has been made taboo

Police should be charged with murder

You did read the sentence I wrote immediately following that one??

Yes, of course.

I do not think the guy knew it was the police though.
My point is if the guy did not know it was the police and it is reasonable that many people in his position would not have known then the announcement was not adequate.
Let's be serious the average person after 10 pm is going to be sleeping, humping or watching TV and a single announcement of police with the initial knock and no ability to see the officers will leave a large percentage of people unaware of who is at the door, just like this person apparently.
