Also, frick them kids

Really sums it up. And it’s incredible how quick you’ll swing between the two.

“Daddy, I drew a picture of you, me, and mommy hugging after our fun day at the park!”

“I drew it on your bedroom wall using my poop! Come look!”

Well sure, but there’s a good way to prevent that.

Got a 5 yo girl. Her mom and I are divorced. I’d do it all again. When she stays with me, we jam to panic, phish, play country records on and dance, tomorrow go to the lsu game and fly the car flag she got me for my birthday. Hell yeah it’s worth it.

My kid used to be obsessed with phish but only on vinyl. Dancing and stomping around to it in diapers.

You gotta turn her on to King Gizzard. Start with Dripping Tap.

Absolutely not. Have 3 daughters, (no pics), and I’m a new grandfather, so, no regrets at all.

Not at all!

My son turns 6 tomorrow and he is my favorite person in the world.

He is super smart, funny, sweet, kind and just fun to hang out with.

Today is my birthday and we let him pick out gifts for us with no help. He is obsessed with Hot Wheels. He has over 200, so he got me a 5 pack to go with my Target ones and arranged them on the window in my office for me.

It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. I would have guessed he'd say we just keep them with his once the pack was opened.

Not one regret even though my two are way from perfect.

There is a reason they say, "children are a gift from God".

Walk away if you are thinking having children will be all roses and sunshine because it will not. If you decide to have children expect to have your heart broken a few time but then loving them even more.

I’m holding my daughter asleep in my arms while getting minimal sleep the last 6 weeks and training for a marathon.

10/10 would do again

I vowed to never date a woman with children bc it always turned into a disaster. Now I’m marrying one with two crotch goblins and I love them like they’re my own. Weird change of events. Poon is still undefeated.

In the same boat, except mine has one instead of two. He's 9 and I love the little shithead. I don't have any of my own yet (we want two), but even getting close with her son has completely changed my perspective on life. It definitely makes me appreciate everything my stepparents ever did for me even more than I already did.

Whenever I'm exhausted from my little ones, I take one look at all my childless friends posting on social that are either desperately seeking fulfillment in life through fancy food, trips, clubbing like they're still 25, etc, or the ones that treat a pet like a deity and realize how utterly unfulfilled my life would be without kids.

No and I’m divorced paying a shite ton in child support.

I just had a great conversation with my 23 year old son and him and his adult brothers. The memories and legacy of my children are worth everything to me.

I’ve traveled. I’ve lived in different states. I’ve partied. I’ve screwed around. I’ve settled down and had kids.

Vacations start and quickly end. Fatherhood is for life. It’s the best part of every day. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done, and it’s the best thing I’ll ever do.

I’d do it all over again even if it meant I could never go on another vacation for the rest of my life.

I ain’t ever been on a vacation like that.

It's miserable, watch the parents travelling with kids. Absolute hell.

Me? No. Other than my wife, they’re the best thing to ever happen to me.

Your parents? Most likely.
