Yogurt with toasted coconut clusters. It is actually pretty good. Yogurt is iffy for me some days.
But maybe if its broken every once and awhile I will drink less milkshakes. :dunno:
I get chocolate milkshakes from the McDonald's near my house. The machine hasn't been broken once yet! :nana:
No lunch, going out for dinner later so saving up my calories for that!
Morning all.

It stormed bad overnight and woke me up early, so I am going to do an early hot yoga class.
I am having a smoothie for lunch. Its delicious.

Thats 10 posts per day. The lunch threads back in the day when I worked in an office were killer to my post count.
My chihuahua is named James Jonas. Hes a rescue and him and his brothers were all named after the Jonas brothers so we kept his celebrity last name.
My car died at my home a few months ago so I called AAA to get the battery changed out. They asked me to tip at the end, really annoyed me.
I use AI for work all the time. Just dumped a bunch of info in there last week and had it make business processing documents for me. Turned out great.

I'm working on piecing together summer camps for the kiddo now, I could probably get AI to do that for me too. So far I have invention camp, zoo camp, sports camp.
I had pizza at the trampoline park. Trying to keep the kiddo entertained on this gross, rainy day.
Chocolate milkshake and watching Full House.

I quit drinking a little over 2 years ago. It is going great. I am the healthiest and feel the best I have ever felt in my adult life, so I would say it is going great.

It is a big social adjustment, as I lost some of my relationships I had in sobriety, however it shows you that those relationships were based on alcohol and not the fact that the person cared about me as a person. Still worth it, you just meet new people and find other hobbies/activities to fulfill you.
Aww, we used to have so much fun. Sweet little Bentley loved you!
I like Cracker Barrel every so often. There is one pretty close to my house and it's great when I'm lazy and want comfort food.

at this point we have all been irl friends so long I forget we met on a message board

Truth, everyone is just friends to me not posters anymore.
You were the first poster I was going to meet when I told him about the website. He's like you are flying to Arkansas to hang out with a person you met on a message board????

I was like yea, before that I married someone from there too.
I told him about it a few times when I was going to meet posters (LLotOT) IRL because he was asking how I knew them. But he's a Tennessee fan so didn't really care to learn about the website.

Start the conversation with something different, kind of off the wall, an odd or intriguing question, something more than "hey, how's it going"

This is important if you want to get and keep someone's interest. Start an actual conversation.
