I agree it’s culty and the steps are a joke imo, but the fellowship is real and that is the most important thing to get from it. I’ve had a chance to reinvent my life and start over with a crapton of new friends. And service work gets you out of your head and even more plugged in. NA is my home and my family but AA is the same and I’ll go to those as well for the fellowship.

Schools should be for academics and sports should not be part of it. We as a country are weird in that our education system also functions as a sports league. Separate the two
