Sell the house.

Split the proceeds between VOO and VGT.

It’s not hard.

Your life insurance is about to pay out.

Congrats
Let me get this right.

Bobby Boucher married them?

my granddad told me the cut off switch didnt work, so of course his cheap arse would jerry rig it instead of getting a new one. Some kind of lever that i was supposed to move over and tap the plug with, and cut off the spark flow to the cylinder. Dont remember if i did it wrong or the whole thing was just a sick joke (i was like 9 yrs old), but i definitely remember the feeling of completing that circuit with my body.

Many years ago, this is the way lawnmowers would come from the factory.

There was a bent metal lever that extended over the spark plug, and to turn off the mower you pushed (stepped on) the lever with the bottom of your shoe to turn off the mower.

You only touched that metal piece with your hand once. Lesson learned.
Strange that we’re not hearing anything from them today.

Serena’s footwork looks lazy at times.
Ok. So maybe 3 statues (or 4) in 3 or 4 different cities?
GOATs usually don’t play for 4 different teams in their career.

Commentators can’t say enough praise for Serena.

They love the word effortless.
What’s surreal about the vid? The fire?

Was expecting a video like the people driving down the road with fire on both sides. I would call that one surreal.

Beautiful mountain town in the woods are sometimes affected by forest fires.

It happens.

Not sure if it’s because of social media and more places for them to bitch, or if it’s more that victimization has become in vogue.

I’m pretty sure social media is to blame.

Young people that immerse themselves in social media live with the belief that, “I have a voice and I need to make sure everyone hears my opinion.”

It’s laughable.

Picture yourself at a packed movie theater. Not a seat available. Maybe 300-400 watching the movie. At some point 10-20 of the usual suspects start talking loud and being disruptive. This is the equivalent of the social media mindset. Loud and they need to make sure as many people as possible hear them. Imagine if all 300-400 people took the same approach. The volume and chaos would be crazy.

There’s something broken in young people today

You do you, but that’s not my focus in life.

Hopefully children become strong and capable and able to stand on their own 2 feet. Not waiting for you to die and get a lottery payment.
Is this the CEO with a vision problem, and wears sunglasses 100% of the time?

It’s a weird thing to see a CEO be interviewed with sunglasses on every single time.

I like that exterior, but the all white interior blows.

I hope you have more info than this.

My opinion is only use a financial advisor if you’re a total buffoon with no ability to manage your own money.

Ultimately you’re responsible for it, and any devastating “mistakes” made by the advisor will never be addressed.

Ditch your FA and do it yourself.
Renters are horrible people.

Do not believe anything they say.

There’s a pretty good golf course in that area.
