I don’t regret it but I didn’t realize how much my life would never totally be about me anymore before I had them.

No, in fact I wish I would have had them sooner instead of “waiting” for the right time.

Time moves fast and you don’t realize it until you watch your kids grow up and your parents age

I love my kids more than anything I've ever owned or done before then, so yes.

They fill you with joy and they anger you. It's a constant worry and love you can't imagine.

It ain't for no pansy though.

It's a full time job that can be rewarding or could break your heart.

Too many men these days are not up to the challenge and can't lead by example.

Look how many dads leave home or act like asses during youth sports.

I have never met a single person in my life who regrets having kids.

And if they said they do they are the biggest POS and low life scum bags in human existence.

Having a kid has shaved years off my life from the stress.

And yet to echo what others have said, I wish I had more / had them sooner. I go to bed every night sad that the day has ended and I couldn’t squeeze out one more second with my kid.

Same here. It was always a scary proposition for me because I was pretty selfish in my 20s. The moment between when I found out my wife was pregnant til the birth of my first kid was an extremely scary and anxious time in my life. I was unsure.

But I became sure the moment I saw my daughter enter this world and it immediately changed my life from that moment.

True but women also procreate with men who are clearly unfit to be a parent and no one is interested in parenting a kid that isn't theirs.

No, but we waited until I was 30 and she was 28 before we had our first.

Not sure what my purpose as a man would be without kids. I know it wouldn’t lead me to anything good. Very thankful for kids and family!

I vowed to never date a woman with children bc it always turned into a disaster. Now I’m marrying one with two crotch goblins and I love them like they’re my own. Weird change of events. Poon is still undefeated.

Yes they are worth it. Kids are the best thing that ever happened to me.

I was living a great life before kids. Now looking back it seems so insignificant and lame. My only regret is not having more kids.

1) admonish him in front of his mother

2) let him have a beer after she goes to sleep

Not the right night to ask, my daughter basically just decided she didn't want to go back into her basketball game tonight.

Trying to decide if I'm going to light into her or just let it go.
