The old one we used to have to watch at my Joe job back in college involved using Rumpshaker to describe a coworker’s assets.

I've seen the one that La. state employees have to watch. It is one of the most boring training films I've ever watched. You could get out the same information in five minutes.

It is still better than some as it does not pander. Some of the older training films were downright comical - the gay male was flaming, the black guy was ghetto, the white guy was trashy and the bad guy ..

yes.

and in the training, it's almost always the handsome young white man hitting on the frumpy and/or POC woman in the office. in reality, Chad wouldn't give those fatties the time of day.

Ours is actually pretty good. Shows some scenarios that aren't harassment, and call it out as such. For example, there's a scene where a guy asks out a girl. She says no, and he says OK. Then she goes to the manager and wants to report it as harassment, and the manager just outright says nope, you said no, and he left you alone.

An unwanted advance that is declined isn't harassment, if that's where it ends.

It’s nice working for a small company and not a Fortune 500 where you have to do this shite.

We had one once where the big story throughout was everybody kidding an Irish guy about drinking, That was the whole story. He was so hurt. I felt for him.

I swear somebody like me dreamed that one up.

Mine did. I left a comment saying that this training was a waste of time and I didn’t learn any new pickup techniques to use around the hospital.

The most questionable ones are nepotism and cronyism (ethics) in Louisiana gov.

Make that shite add up from what actually happens.

One of the first meetings I was in with a director at my company I was talking with one of the guys I'm friends with and just as the director joined the call I was talking about how the "sexually harassed" girl asked for it. . . I thought I was going to get fired but he kinda chuckled at my comment.

Of course. A couple years ago, they added a whole trans section to our 45 minute long harassment online training module. Never had a tranny come work here but id avoid them at all costs if they did. I couldn't use their fake pronouns even if I tried, id forget.

My work made me do a defibrillator training last year for some reason.
I am not in the medical industry.

I’d rather crawl around in 140° attics in the summertime
