There’s nothing in those videos that trains you how to sexually harass anybody. It’s a waste of everybody’s time.

Yes, but this year they finally removed the completely bs hypothetical situation of a good looking consultant hitting on a big ole fat chick with no personality. Much more believable situation this year.

I had to sit through those with a group of 10 and it ended up with the women complaining of things such as , "he started talking to Jim while I was asking about such and such report. I did not like the way he was looking at me. I overheard him telling a blond joke during a break at a meeting. They asked me if I wanted to go with them to a strip joint."

Ours went pretty graphic and over the top with some of the examples and ‘situations’. It was actually pretty funny.

And they all have the same scene:
Executive in a meeting calls out to this secretary: "Susan, can you come in here for a moment?"
Secretary walks into office: "You wanted me Mr. Smith?"
Executive looks Susan over: "Of course I 'want' you Susan, but we can discuss that another time"
**Camera pans over and zooms to Susan looking uncomfortable**
Every single one has that scene.
