At a former job we had a sexual harassment video for new employees called "The Good Old Days". It actually seemed to glorify the good old days more than it was supposed to

I sit on a board that requires these. Pretty sure you should pass the test they give without seeing one second of the videos.

I have to watch about 12 hours of (SafeSchools) videos each year, from DEI to Suicide Prevention to Sexual Harassment. Also have to watch a 90 minute ethics video from the state. I leave them playing while I teach and occasionally walk over to click next. Once they have all played through, I take the assessments in one go.

I agree but HR pushes that shite. Then if someone accuses you of sexual harassment the first step is to tell them that you were trained and probably fired. Whether it’s true or not

I had to watch a bunch of these when I worked for my old company. I got fired for masturbating during one the videos. Excuse me, but I thought this was America. When my boss asked me why I was beating off during the video, I told him it was because there wasn't anyone available to f**k.

Our training videos normally include a skinny white guy with a ponytail giving unwanted shoulder massages to female coworkers and an overweight black delivery guy making suggestive comments to female employees at the locations where he’s making deliveries.

We had safety training and sexual harassment trading forced on us every year.
The safety training even addressed how to walk aggressively and make eye contact so we would not look like an easy target. The video even had a black dude showing us how. Swear this is true!
The sexual harassment training covered “not” using words like, honey, babe, suger, etc., and also how to avoid eye contact so it would not be misconstrued as unwanted attention. Sad, stupid, crapola……
