Year 5. Should be hungry to prove a point after doing next to nothing in his career so far. Big game against LA in the IST. And this fatass is just jogging around the court thinking about his next Denny’s run. Zero effort. Zero defense. 2 rebounds in 25 minutes. I’m sick of watching this dude half-arse it every second he’s in the game.

“But he just needs to get in game shape!” It’s game 18 and he looks as lethargic as ever. Save me that bullshite. Dude has all the talent in the world and won’t do shite with it.

Melt over

I hate to put this on Gen Z but it seems like some of the young stars in this league are happy with being instagram / YouTube famous and don’t care about the game. See Zion and Ja.

Who can we trade him for? Everyone sees it. No one wants to deal with it.

This performance is going to follow him for a long time. Yeah it's just a regular season game but everyone in basketball media was watching him lay this turd.

Tell that to Tyrese Haliburton.

This is not a generational thing. This is a Zion being a coddled immature kid thing.

I think it has less to do with social media and more to do with the fact that they make a ton of money. It’s generational wealth at a very young age.

Look at all their talk about Zions image. Dude has been social media famous for years. He still is even though he’s a non factor in basketball. I think he cares more about his social media reach than being famous for his play.

Nah bro he’s just lazy and eats himself out of shape. He rarely post anything on social media other than a promotion

year 5 - hasn’t gotten in shape yet, still on minute restrictions, can’t finish a shot with his right hand or go right generally, hasn’t developed any post move, mid range, or long range shot, poor rebounder, below average FT shooter, and surely one of the worst defenders in the NBA.

His trade value has diminished every day of his NBA career.

Should’ve traded him a year and a half ago. Griff didn’t have the balls.

I know people hate on CP3 now...but imagine giving CP3 this supporting cast when he was here...

Even AD who is a beta level cocksucking, swallows the whole load fig

Zion is a complete disgrace. I am saying it. Dude has made hundreds of millions to this point and is more worried about chocolate chip waffles than being a NBA player

At least the Sonics had a few years of Rainman before the coke, food, etc

Zion is just a complete waste. We are stuck with him and know it...

We tried our best with AD based on what we could do and a win now mode(i still think the Boogie model potentially could have worked had the achillies not gave out. we did do CP3 dirty...Zion is just a soft marshmallow never was. Keep posting your windmill offseason dunks my dude. You have been coddled and excused for everything.

Covid year was the wakeup call for the franchise and the fans...we just didn't want to believe it. You weren't returning CJ McCollums calls...he had to out you publicly...you weren't with the team...

For me personally Zion you have the rest of this year to show something or I'm out on you completely. I'll always root for and love my team but want you to be no part of it. Trey, BI, CJ, Hawkins, Jose, JV, the whole lineup deserve better than this much less the fans who have been watching this shite for over 20 years

I'd rather be medicore with a ceiling of competitive but never winning with BI than have this lump of lard holding the franchise hostage

Shaq and Barkley just killed him. Said he doesn’t run the floor, doesn’t work hard, doesn’t rebound. Barkley said there’s no reason he shouldn’t be averaging 11-12 rebounds per game, and he should be the best player on the team as the #1 pick but isn’t even close to being one of the two best on the team.

God we should have traded him when his value was high.

I'm sorry to all the Pels talk regulars if this looks like an emotional response in the moment

It's not

I have and you have been waiting for Zion since we creamed ourselves over getting the no.1 pick the year he was the prize

I have chalked up a lot of his mistakes as being young, dumb, whatever

Forget every single incident. The one that bothers me the most.

The Sun's game last year. Zion entered the season like a wrecking ball. Embarrassed the Sun's. Gave us that beautiful clip. Then got hurt.

They sent my boys home, Right Z...it's year 5...YOU ARE AN NBA VET NOW. surprising I know to you...the guy who gets paid to do offseason YT videos. But to fans of this franchise and you being the cornerstone...patience is wearing thin. Why are you looking sluggish still...why are you not showing up for big games

Oh I get it now...return calls of one of the leagues most respected players...especially if he was just traded to my team

Oh I get it now...Hire a nutritionists because obviously my diet is shite

Oh I get it now...travel with the team do their therapy, support the team in person vs isolating myself in Oregon off the grid when people already question my loyalty, work ethic etc

I'm tired of excuses for Zion. I'm tired of Zion. It's year 5. Think of every great in NBA History...what did they do by year 5

MJ, LeBron, Shaq, Kobe, seriously how many players do you have to list even current players that have a better resume than Zion and had worse situations

Zion was okay. I'm not going to get mad about charges. FTs were awful but he still made 6/8 of other shots. He didn't play great but also didn't shite the bed like BI (4/13), CJ (4/14), and Trey (5/13), and Jonas (3/9). Everyone was lazy on defense.

Yo Zion was not ok. I’ve been defending him but hes the franchise star and completely shite the bed. He was horrible and should be dragged for a shite effort tonight. It was literally the biggest game if his career.
