We have 2 trade exceptions
If the offers for BI are trash keep him to the deadline
Flip picks as long as it isn't the one pick we have in this draft.
If this thing goes belly up for any reason...I'd be ok losing Ingram for free if Flagg was our consolation prize...

I'm not throwing shade at him but this entire offseason process is taking years off my life...every 5 min refreshing this page...living in the dark on the situation, thinking of all the worst case scenarios
Its fair to say Griffin so far has had a solid offseason with every move we have officiall...

I like BI and will miss him. Wish him well going forward
But as stated he just doesn't make sense for us anymore
1. Money. even if it isn't 50...he won't be worth it to us to pay even more than we are now for him. He is a good player that at times teases being really good but isn't consistent ...

Murray is a similar talent to BI
We believe Murphy can produce at an effective level as a starter while being more of a fit for us
Best option is take Ingram and flip him for a 5 and possibly assets

Both positions are better with them on the team this year, both have rookie contract early pick investments that could end up being capable of replacing ...

If CBs stay healthy
1-4 is the best and deepest collection of starting talent in the league
Then it comes down to Jordan not being washed and 1 or 2 of Young, Turner, Foskey coming on
When you have real pass rush with just your ends, with 4 guys that can hold up in the secondary not to ment...

I'll worry about 2025 draft after the 2024 season. Lot of unknown things with CFB and the Saints as a whole...

Williams and Jackson will be our virtual bell cows
Durham and Holly will be our change of pace
Between those 4 there isn't much to worry about IMO. Lots of ways to spread out touches and carries with 4 guys. Like most I'm highest on Jackson and hope he can take over the top spot this year.
