Grizzlies get:

Isaiah Stewart, AJ Johnson, Quinten Post (S&T)

Mavs get:

Jordan Poole, Karlo Matkovic, Santi Aldama, Tarik Biberovic

Warriors get:

Ron Holland, Klay Thompson


Plus various picks that get sent around

More and more I look at it the more and more I like the idea of Cleveland as a trade partner...and if I'm Cleveland I'd feel the same

Murphy & Matkovic for Allen, Merrill, 3 1sts, 2 swaps benefits both teams greatly


Imagine a lineup of:

Harden
Spida
Trey
LeBron
Mobley

Thinking too small. We aren't competing for anything in the next 2-3 years and Trey will want out. His value is near or at max. Good teams know when to sell high, especially with where we are in comparison to the rest of the league.

I love Trey. My favorite Pel but cashing out now it's a smart move that will help the franchise in more ways than him staying on the roster. Same goes for Herb.

Kuzma also plays defense. Both he and Herro are on expiring deals.

Kuzma gives more length as well. You'd have 3 guys in Trey, Bey, and Kuzma that can play 2-4 and can shoot.

As a trade goes he’s not inherently wrong but it’s also a dumb take. Because if we kept the pick we wouldn’t have taken Flemings. It’s not apples to apples.

That DJ deal is more about dumping Poole. We're going to lose anyway...might as well be entertaining, recoup Ja's value and flip him at the deadline for something else...Fears should be the starting PG, regardless, by end of the season.

KCP is an expiring you can easily flip.

I think we could squeeze both players out of Atlanta...We don't want Kuminga and they'd have to match salary

Have tradeable contracts, a couple of expirings, more picks...triggers the rebuild.

Arguable that this may be a better fitting team too.

Hopefully that these hires being under Dumars/Weaver that they'll be more inclined to take into account their knowledge.
