Yeah generally, but no - there are people like you out there. My wife is one.

I think it has something to do with ear vibrations & Thom Yorke's voice. It doesn't resonate with everyone the same way. My wife thinks his voice is awful, but I hear it as another instrument in harmony with the music.

The music itself is pretty good and they have pushed the boundaries over the years

You either get them or you don't. Nothing wrong with you. You are not alone. Personally, I think they are musical geniuses.

Best and most important band of the last 20 years, but I can see why someone might not like them, especially Yorke's voice.

You're not alone. Outside of Creep, Radiohead sucks arse and balls.

Their music post-Bends is definitely of the "not for everyone" variety. I love them but I can see how some might not.

I'd buy that they are overrated... but not that they suck.

Bends is amazing.

Not a fan of the rest of their catalogue, ive tried numerous times to get into them.

No. But they are a great band. One of the most important and influential of the last 30 years.

But music is subjective and their music is not for everyone. There are some historically great bands that I don’t like.

To each his own.

No, lots of unpretentious people don’t care for Radiohead. Radiohead is one of those bands that music critics and snobs use as a barometer for whether or not you’re one of them.

I’m not a huge fan. Fake plastic trees is an incredible song though.

the bends/ok computer is my favorite era of radiohead. I admire the creativity with kid a and everything else after that but I like the rock version of radiohead more than the electronic beep boop version.

This, and we’re not the outliers. There are plenty of us out here.

I’m not as big of a fan of the later stuff but Radiohead is hugely successful for a reason: Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood are some of the best modern composers of our generation.

I love early Radiohead, but their output post-Amnesiac is extremely overrated and boring. Thom just got way too arrogant and pretentious.
