OP never worn a vest and it shows. I’m sure he thought this was funny. When it’s a little colder and a jacket is overkill, yes a vest is practical. Warms the core of your body and your arms by extension. Sleeves are really mostly for wind blocking so doesn’t matter with a vest. Also not all vests ar...

Are NIL deals structured like common employment agreements?

With clawback and performance based provisions, etc? Is it just kind of the Wild West right now where the agreement looks however is needed to sign the player? Are they under any obligation to remain at a school etc? I genuinely don’t know. Crazy times in college sports....
