Journey gets my vote too but GnR (Estranged, So Fine, Patience, Don't Cry) and Thin Lizzy (Still In Love With You, Wild One, Southbound) could write a ballad too. ACDC even wrote some stuff that was close until you listen to the lyrics (Night Prowler and Ride On).

Hollywood Reporter and X saying Steven Knight not Taylor Sheridan writing. I have doubts about this one. Would love to see Sheridan and Villeneuve close it out but those two are extremely busy.

I need to read the book but haven't yet because it just doesn't seem very compelling. Morgan Freeman really loved it though. He tried to get it done w/ FIncher and now is producing w/ Villeneuve.

Strikes went platinum. They were plenty popular but they just didn't have enough good albums to get huge. Plus there was a good amount of competition from Molly Hatchet, ZZ Top, Ted Nugent, Allmans, Marshall Tucker, Mountain, Foghat, 38 Special. And then the 80s hit and the bluesy southern rock got replaced by the heavy metal of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Dio, Quiet Riot, etc.

Not really unknown. I’ll go with Two Hands even though it stars Heath Ledger and since it’s Halloween season The Lair of the White Worm even though it stars Hugh Grant and sexy arse Amanda Donahue.

Doesn't surprise me that a studio made some questionable decisions when pursuing ratings. Paying $150,000 a pop to Perverted Justice to lure the predators and then going to the DA's house who no showed at the trap house and ended up killing himself raises questions about NBC's ethics. The allegations were that Dateline pressured the police to raid his house with the cameras in tow. Too bad that suit settled out of court. The have a seat over hear meme is pretty funny though.
