It is my favorite recommended playlist from them recently overtaking Discover Weekly. New Music Friday on the other hand sucks.
I don't know. Billy Gibbons was the main song writer and vocalist and his guitar is what stands out. Beard can be replaced a lot easier than Peart. My main gripe is when they can't sing. I was a little disappointed in seeing "ELO" two years ago. I would probably be very disappointed to see Rush this year baesd on videos i've seen. ZZ Top maybe but not in a big arena for a lot of money.

revelation of the time travel by IT.

What? I thought the thing lay dormant for long periods and then woke to feed. Time travel sounds like a lazy plot device.
I like it. And RIP Brent Hinds. Why did they kick him out of the band anyway?

It's a good movie. Oldman, Harris, and Penn is a pretty good group. I remember the frozen hand trick. The true story of the Westies and the Italian mob from that period is pretty crazy too.
Great production and not a bad song on it. Also one of my favorite album covers.
She died in an Airbnb in Greenville SC with Narcan next to her. Was there with her boyfriend who needs to answers some questions.
Its about microplastics. However, there was a recent revelation that much of the testing was faulty due to scientist wearing latex gloves during the testing process: U. Mich. Study. Not sure if the show brings that up but i doubt it since it is Netflix.
Easy Money with Rodney Dangerfield and Joe Pesci
For early Tom Hanks you have to include Bachelor Party
Valley Girl is a good early Cage (his first starring role)
John Sayles movies: Matewan, Lonestar, and Eight Men Out
Jim Jarmusch: Ghost Dog (my favorite of his; fantastic), Mystery Train, and Deadman
Another Day in Paradise great James Woods and Griffith crime
David Mamet: Spanish Prisoner, House of Games, and State and Main
Straight Time: Dustin Hoffman, Gary Busey, and Harry Dean Stanton
Don't Look Now
Two Hands early Heath Ledger Australian crime
Point Blank with Lee Marvin; someone mentioned Mel's Payback and this is an earlier version of the same story.

Getting into Mock Media-Rat Bastard. Has a very Clash from London Calling or Combat Rock sound. Right now my favorite single is probably Rayland Baxter-The Fool. Can't wait to hear the whole album.

Hannibal was a Semitic Phoenician not a sub Saharan African. This is the Cleopatra black washing all over again. If they are going to start with a historical lie, I doubt it would have been good. The cost to make this would also have been prohibitive. Large cavalry and elephants in huge military battles?

And Into the Spider-verse, all the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies, and Project Hail Mary.

And which one of these movies had a story or lead that was remotely close to James Bond? Teenage spidermen and a middle school teacher. "Really different" is not going to be good IMO, but they do need a younger audience if they want to keep the franchise going. Daniel Craig's Bond was no different from Jason Bourne or Ethan Hunt, just not as interesting or entertaining and he turned into a wimp in the end.

Two pages and no Larry Sanders Show? At least someone remembered Veep. HBO was the first to air Da Ali G Show in the US and Flight of the Concords was good for a short time. Carnival and Westworld got off to great starts before foundering and going nowhere. A lot of people liked The Night Of, Entourage and John Adams though I never watched them.

Thanks for reminding me about Scavengers Reign. That one is on my list, but I just started season 6 of Curb. Speaking of animation, Todd McFarlene's Spawn was awesome and much better than the movie (which I also like by the way).

Another good compilation album of ‘26.
