I remember him doing that for 9/11 first responders.

Yeah. And it was veterans too: LINK

As much as I hate his politics sometimes, I actually don’t hate JS.

And everyone will line up and laugh at his stupid trump jokes while they give biden a pass.

And trump has done the one thing this man is extremely passionate about. Extend relief to 911 first responders.

Daily show is dead because instead of making fun of both sides, they decided that conservatives/Republicans/ Trump is too damaging to their globalist takeover and went far left.

He also went hard in the paint for veterans too, didn't he?

Jon Stewart is probably the biggest advocate out there for 9/11 first responders

Yeah I need to evaluate him because I didn’t follow his recent stuff, but honestly if he decided to run for political office he might be a Dem I could punch my nose and vote for ala Bill if the GOP doesn’t get its head out of its arse.

His podcast sucked, so he needs an audience.

No...they don't...which is why they are bringing back Stewart.

This is a bigger indicator of the upcoming Trump success than any poll you can imagine.

Most sites from a Google search show his net worth around $120 Million.

He’s doing it to boost his public profile, since he’s been almost secluded on Apple+ where only a segment of viewers had access to him.

This idea that the old John Stewart was some left leaning moderate who tried to be fairly even in his partisan criticism is laughable and shows how many people lack critical thinking skills. He would attack both sides but when it was the right it was hard attacks trying to damage them. With the left it was mundane, harmless goofs that had no real political or professional implications. He would be like Republicans hate minorities but democrats occasionally pick their nose, aren’t all politicians bad. He and everybody associated with the show knew that wasn’t the message they were really sending but they gave themselves just enough cover to pretend to be semi-balanced. In truth John Stewart’s Daily show was every bit as hyper partisan as the worst show on MSNBC or Fox News. His comedy talent is undeniable though and is one reason people fell for his shtick.

I said it was 90/10.

Not even or that he was a moderate

Not saying you necessarily but that is a fairly popular take.

Yeah that's not why it was canceled. Stewart had creative control and wanted to do a show about China and AI, Apple didn't want that. They were already in production on the 3rd season when Apple pulled the plug.
