Biden's age and mental capacity
To be fair, so is Trump's.
Regardless of who gets elected this year, that person will hold the record for the oldest person sworn in as President at Inauguration.
Biden was sworn in at the age of 78 years, 61 days.
Trump, if elected, will be 78 years, 7 months, and 6 days old at the time of inauguration.
So regardless of who wins, we will have set the record for the oldest president at their swearing in 3 elections in a row (Trump broke Reagan's record when he was sworn in, being the first person over the age of 70 to be sworn in as President).
So basically:
William Henry Harrison (9th president) held the record from 1841 (and died the day he was sworn in) until Reagan (40th president) broke the record in 1981 (which stood for 140 years).
Trump (45th president) broke Reagan's (40th) record in 2017 (record stood for 36 years).
Biden (46th president) broke Trump's (45th) record (record stood for 4 years).
The winner of this election will break the previous Inauguration age record regardless of who wins (Biden, being 4 years older, breaking his old record - obviously; or Trump, who will be 5 months older than Biden was when he took office).
Age "being an issue" is going to be one regardless if it's Biden or Trump as they're both very old. In a lot of careers they would be forced into retirement by now.

Also it’s not uncommon for certain companies to require certain vaccines especially those dealing with children, old people, or any government job or hospital. Dude is just purely pearl clutching

I can proudly say I've never seen an episode. Politics and left-wing blowhards trying to be funny...pass
