I haven't read Fire & Blood, but I'm debating it. If you had the chance to watch the series without knowing what happens, do you think you would have preferred that? Or do you think that having a general idea of what's to come makes the show better? ...
Sargon of Akkad with a concise reason as to why this show and other Disney Star Wars shows are just not good.
This and someone else's comments earlier about the characters and their actions constantly contradicting themselves are probably the best explanations of why The Acolyte is...

Just starting the 1st episode. Pulling for the ginger redneck dude, but afraid he's too skinny. ...
That's the worst part about threads like these. I don't give a shite about being more inclusive... the problem with new Star Wars is awful writing/dialogue....
LOL. Even bad Alone's still more interesting than about 90% of the shite they put on TV these days....
I'm looking forward to the all lesbian witch coven, and the twin sisters that were miraculously conceived via scissoring. My god this is gonna be great. I hope they get some scissor sabers to go along with those light whips....
I thought it was disappointing, but that's because I had high hopes due to Clone Wars and Rebels. It seems like it was rushed just to get characters from Point A to Point B so they can make a movie. They took maybe two or three seasons of what could have been good tv, and just smashed it all toget...

And created kind of a niche for himself in doing that.
The movie's going to do great because of the musical... but dear ...
The guy who played Tommen from GOT is in the trailer.
He'll probably end up being the big bad or something. They'll probably make him a young Palpatine....
Not a white man to be seen
I thought this was a joke. But there was one white guy in the trailer... the white dude getting duped by the jedi mind trick. ...
This movie appears to be taking this trope and satirizing it, taking it to an absurd level. I have no interest in seeing it.
I thought the premise could have been pretty funny... maybe worth a watch when it lands on whatever streaming service it will go to die on. It's the fact ...
