re: "I always wanted one" did you ever fulfill this?

I've always wanted a soft top Jeep, bought a soft top Bronco instead. I love taking the top down when the weather is just right.

Not surprising. NOLA is not headed in a good direction.
Has nothing to do with that, Saks filed for bankruptcy in January. They have a lot of debt they can't pay off and are closing 9 stores.

I'm also gonna try alcohol, which will suck during crawfish season, but I've been a daily drinker for years now, and my liver needs a break. Plus it'll help with my smoking habit as the two go hand in hand.

Also biased, but Super Bowl 59. The dagger to Smitty and Dejean's pick 6 were beautiful.
Super Bowl 44 was great to watch also.

Have a podnah that has one after trading in his GMC Sierra which gave him nothing but issues. He loves his Titan and says it been reliable for him.
He purchased it because another podnah of ours has one and has had minimal issues with it.

Ones that wish they could be more involved in the kids lives, but we live out of state. So they overcompensate my buying them everything under the sun and shipping it to us unannounced.
They live in Texas, only 1 state over, but I like to visit Texas. Not sure if I could live there.

Stoutland is literally the best in the business right now. If I were an Eagles fan, I'd absolutely hate this.
I do and the fact that we may lose Lane Johnson too. I doubt in his final year, that he wants to learn a whole new system.
But I get it. Sirianni and Pattullo didn't consult Stoutland when they installed new run designs late in the season. I'm sure he felt disrespected.

I swear its always only child families.
We have some friends like this. One child, spending a fortune on sports. Always talking about how great their child is at the sport they play. Its annoying.

Yes.
Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do so with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.
It reads corny, but I actually live by this, and these days everyone is going through some shite. Being kind helps people more than you think.

I’ll agree with you on that. Went in with low expectation, was entertained, until the ending. It was just dumb. Didn’t realize until later that the villian was Bennie Safdie, great writer and director.

He raised me well but had a nasty temper. Holding the flashlight for him under the hood was damn near chaotic. I inherited his temper so I give him a C. I never heard him say “I love you”, until I was an adult.
