Once again why are these two TROs kid special and need attention but others weren’t worthy?
And why were other schools not called to the front of the class for recruiting the same two kids?

Nonsense. You don't hold a vote to kick a school out of the conference because they "may" roster two players who were ruled by a court of law to be eligible to play. 90% of the SEC is already doing that. We wouldn't have a conference if they all got kicked out.
But only LSU makes everyone else angry.

After yesterday’s reaction by USSen John Kennedy, I think he and the Speaker of the House Johnson and majority leader Scalise made it known to Nick Saban that if the NCAA and SEC ever want anything like the PCSA to get consideration on the floor of Congress they had better back off.
Saban still has Sankey’s leash, I think.

Since its Defendant's TRO they would likely have to agree to a continuance without date, and Fed Judges absolutely hate to do it regardless. Its a rocket docket usually, they almost always set a new date
The only caveat I would say is that not all parties are served and participating yet

I don't think the SEC was going to actually boot us out. Pete Thamel said that from the jump, who I'd imagine is pretty well tied in given Mickey Mouses's stake in the game. This was about consolidating power and having the ability to enforce rules with the PCSA failing.
I'm pretty surprised this was given a continuation though, and the SEC didn't use this to secure that position. We'll see what comes out. I thought regardless of the compromise today would happen.

That vote hasn't happened yet
I imagine that too will not occur due to LSU bending the knee.
Once LSU ensured those 2 players will not play for LSU this year, the threat of potential rule violation subsided.

South Carolina added a professional kicker to their roster while Greg Sankey was on the stand last week.
Everyone else is allowed players on a TRO, but when LSU does it "kick them out of the league".

Again, LSU attorneys completely outmaneuvered the clowns representing the SEC. This federal suit was a farce. The plaintiff requesting a continuation immediately before the initial hearing after our attorneys traveled into town proves malice beyond the initial timing of filing while our attorneys were at a scheduled court appearance. They are playing games without standing and using a federal court to blackmail a member institution after admitting under oath to colluding on outcomes before casting votes.
