if they try to stick LSU with fines or sanctions tomorrow that is the time to strike. rreseach all the teams that actually signed and PLAYED athletes that meet their definition of pro; off the top of my head i know tejas, south carolina and ole miss have. sue the frick out of sankey, the SEC and every school that is guilty.

Exactly. It would be the same if the SEC passed a rule that said black players can not be rostered. A school begins seeking to assist and encourage black players to file lawsuits to force the issue and welcoming them to join the team when they are deemed eligible by a court. Courts rule that the SEC is discriminating and the member schools are required to roster black players if they want to play there. The SEC then wants to be able to throw member schools out for following the law.

The players left out of the 5 for 5 were discriminated against. They were disqualified from employment using a random and arbitrary rule. No different than race discrimination, the right to be employed without unfair discrimination is protected by the Court of law.

Yes they signed documents entering professional consideration to play. However, it was under duress due to the discriminatory rules the SEC put in place.

The whole point is moot, now that LSU has filled their roster.

Those players have been Jim Crowed out of the NCAA and denied the opportunity to make money.

The SEC will still try to get back at LSU for bringing this to national attention.

Basically they were suing for the right to throw LSU out just for opposing them, despite the law being on the players side. Citing the right of a private club to control its membership, like the KKK, old Krewes, and private Countryclubs that refused to allow black members.

This is not over. The only saving grace is, after this year, this particular issue is over, but other issues will arise as NIL evolves and the SEC has LSU in its sights and we will pay for it one way or another.

OR Stankey already knew what the vote would be and he didnt go through with it. Thats how it works most of the time.

I feel like this is what really happened. In my opinion, the vote would keep LSU.
