You could remove 8 of 16, 2 each from 4 fixtures, and 2 would work fine, as long as you remove the correct 2. You can't remove 3 of 4 from a fixture because none of them will burn without some rewiring and a ballast change. You could have one lamp in each fixture and use the existing ballasts but that would take a HEAP of rewiring.
There are 2 with 2 lamps each. The other 2 fixtures are completely empty. We're also being transitioned to 100% digital plan reviews, so we really don't need the brightness that engineering bullpens were built on.

I took a fastball to the tip of my elbow one time that made my arm basically lock up in pain. As bad as it hurt, x-ray showed no fracture. I couldn't pick up my mitt, so I couldn't imagine walking on a deep bone contusion, which is what I had. Basically, a bone bruise.

In fairness, he's not that far off at this point. He has now throw a pick 6 on an open slant in both games. That's a problem that has to be cleaned up.
